The city’s budget problem didn’t happen
over night and to think that they can be resolved over
night by continuing to push a Pro Property Tax policy
is absurd. [

| Mesa has great neighborhoods, many of them with
historical significance. Many in these neighborhoods
know each other and watch out for each other. Neighborhoods
are concerned with keeping theft, drugs and prostitution
out of their areas. [

| Creating Jobs in Mesa |
| The City of Mesa is an economically diverse area with
manufacturers, banks and financial institutions, service
industries, and countless small businesses. [

| Strengthening Education |
| I firmly believe a strong education system is the foundation
for a strong economy. Without an educated work force,
our city and our state will run the risk of losing jobs
to other communities. [

| Crime & Public Safety |
| The safety of the citizens of Mesa should be a top priority
for our City Council. Matt Tolman will work hard to ensure
that local law enforcement, fire departments and emergency
services have the resources to ensure residents’
safety. [

| Like many of you, I am a family man and business owner.
Like you, I have to operate under a budget to ensure the
needs of my family and my business are met. On the Mesa
City Council, I will see that we act responsibly to meet
